We can prepare detailed existing plans and elevations to inform the next stages of your design and ensure precision throughout the process. Depending on the scale and technical detail that is required for the proposed development, it may be relevant to instruct a third party to carry out a Topographical Survey, and or a Measured Building Survey with advanced equipment for accuracy.
Concept & Feasibility Design
At Henderson Planning & Design Ltd, we generally start by providing sketch designs to establish a clear direction of the project, and understand what works, and what doesn't. This phase helps clarify what is achievable and ensures the project aligns with your vision from the outset.
Proposed Design
We create comprehensive design proposals that reflect what you are trying to achieve, lifestyle, and budget. This includes:

Amendments
Not all applications submitted are accepted first time round. Sometimes it takes negotiation and careful consideration to ensure that the quality of the project is not compromised by having to meet the Local Planning Authorities requests.
