Your vision is the most important thing to us and we aim to balance that with our experience and knowledge of what the Local Planning Authority are willing and likely to accept throughout your application.  

At Henderson Planning & Design Ltd, we are proud to provide 3D images which demonstrate a realistic example of what your project can be expected to look like before any application is even submitted. 3D visualisations are incredibly useful for understanding the size, space, and feel of your proposal.  The ability to provide this can be invaluable in conveying this to a Planning Officer, or a prospective purchaser who can't fully appreciate the finished project from 2D plans alone.
