Henderson Planning & Design Ltd were involved in providing successful site plans for a residential outline application in a small Nottinghamshire village. The application was for the erection of 2 detached dwellings, with Access, Layout, and Landscaping being determined.
The prominent corner location required consideration with the properties orientation & layout design, as well as views to protect from onlooking neighbouring windows into the site from the south and east.
